The customer service was excellent, they called me when they weren't sure they could get it there in time. I received emails with tracking info, etc. The mat arrived exactly on the day I needed it. The quality is great and the mat was delivered as promised. I did not chose to get this personalized, so I cannot speak to that service. |

It's a beautiful color match but when we have rain (I didn't want to think about snow!) it is so slippery. A friend suggested a coco mat rug. I searched the Web and found you! The 6 foot length is a perfect fit from the step to the door jamb. Well done! Even my 4 dogs have clean feet on the way into the house! The color is a perfect complement to the house and the tile! |
