You can help us out by reading your confirmation carefully before your mat is produced to ensure that your personalization is correct.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A REPRINT OR EXCHANGE
If the issue is our mistake, poor quality, mis-spelling, wrong color, etc. We will reprint and ship the item at no charge.
Before we can reprint we need you to take a digital picture and email it to email@example.com. In the email outline your concern with the quality or highlight the error so we can quickly ascertain the problem.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A REFUND
If the item is personalized we cannot give a refund, we can exchange the mat for another of similar value. See exchange policy above.
If your mat is not personalized the policy can vary. Please call us at 800-899-0620 and we can look up your particular mat and let you know the steps needed to return it for a refund.
Only the cost of the mat itself will be refunded, minus any shipping or restocking fees.
