great speed with delivery, just was a little disappointed with the size of lettering on the matt. The name was smaller than what the ad shown.

This doormat is the only way to go....It is very very nice! There are many to choose from & unfortunately I chose a different one my first time and was so unhappy. I contacted customer service, they were understanding, helpful & professional. They took back the product that I was unsatisfied with & sent my replacement order Napa Leaves doormat, which I absolutely LOVED. Now that was Customer Service! I will shop here again & refer anyone that I know to The Personalized Doormats Company. Christina/Tucson AZ.
