Bought 2 mats as gifts-one for myself. The mats are very well made, the order was filled properly and the service was excellent. The only comment I would make is if you want the customized name to stand out, order a lighter color. Mine is Charcoal and the name is a bit difficult to see-no problem for me-it is a very attractive mat. The recipient of the other mat was very pleased with the product.
