• The Rubber Scraper Logo Mat uses a full color spectrum, which enable us to get photographic quality images. The pallet below will help to get us in the right direction if you are looking for a specific color. You can also let us know the PMS.

  All products are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. At checkout you can request expedited shipping, which means the product will be expedited AFTER production. If you need your mat by a specific date we are more than happy to attempt to expedite the production time. Please place your order first before contacting us about expediting the production.

   

  • Packaging: Most of our mats are shipped in a box for maximum protection during shipment. 
  • Quality Control: All our mats are inspected prior to shipping to eliminate any defects or personalization errors.
  • Packing slip notes: You can add a note to your pack slip during checkout. Although we try our hardest to transfer the notes on all the mats that are shipped occasionally they are missed, so it cannot be guaranteed.

A digital print on polymetric film allows customers to customize the Rubber Scraper mat with logos, images, and messages.
Minimum Text Height: 1/2 (includes lowercase text)
Minimum Line Thickness: 1/16
These text requirements are for general use; however, special fonts and very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be approached on a case-by-case basis.
White is prone to discolor and cannot be used as the background or any part of the imprint area. The product's color palette offers three light colors to use in place of White: F5, N9 and N10. The background color of the imprint area should not be set to these light colors. It is difficult to keep the logo clean through the manufacturing process.

Rubber Scraper mats can be commercially laundered (see laundering instructions) or cleaned using the instructions below.
Scrub with a deck brush (when needed) using detergent with a neutral pH.
Rinse with a hose or pressure washer.
Lay flat or hang to dry.
