Yes. Every custom logo mat order includes a free digital proof reviewed by a real mat specialist before any production begins. You approve the artwork—including colors, sizing, and layout—before we make anything. There are no artwork setup fees.
What mat types do you offer?
We offer Waterhog inlay logo mats (best for wet outdoor entrances), Berber carpeted logo mats (ideal for indoor lobbies and Class A buildings), vinyl loop mats (for all-weather indoor/outdoor use), rubber scraper mats (for high-debris environments), and anti-fatigue logo mats (for employees who stand for extended periods). Custom sizes are available across most product lines.
How long does a custom logo mat last?
Lifespan depends on mat type and foot traffic levels. A commercial-grade Berber logo mat in a standard office environment typically lasts 3–5 years. Waterhog inlay mats, which use UV-stable polypropylene, are engineered for heavy outdoor traffic and can last 5+ years with proper maintenance. We can recommend the right mat type for your traffic volume and environment.
How long does it take to receive a custom mat?
Most custom logo mat orders are produced and shipped within 2–3 weeks of artwork approval. Turnaround varies by mat type and order volume. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know if rush options are available.
What size mat do I need for my entrance?
For a single standard commercial door (36″ wide), a 3′ x 4′ or 3′ x 5′ mat is typical. Double-door entrances usually require a 4′ x 6′ or larger. The general guideline is that a person walking through should be able to take 2–3 full steps on the mat. We offer free sizing consultations—just tell us your entrance dimensions and we'll recommend the right size.
