Although there are exceptions, most of our products ship anywhere from same day to 2 weeks. Some exceptions might include a high volume order, or a customized mat order that requires ordering of raw goods we don't have in stock. Our products should have their specific ship times listed for non-holiday season shipments. At checkout you can request expedited shipping, which means the order will be expedited AFTER production. If you need your order by a specific date we are more than happy to attempt to expedite the production time.

During the Christmas Holiday, usually beginning early November through December, specific ship dates and times will be posted as well as order deadlines for you to receive your mats by December 24th. Depending on volume these deadlines could change.  We will do our best to notify you of any changes, and we will always make a best effort attempt to get your order shipped in time for Christmas delivery.

Quality Control:
All products are inspected prior to shipping to eliminate defects or personalization errors.

Once the order ships tracking information will be provided.
