If you need your mat by a specific date we are more than happy to attempt to expedite the production time. Please place your order first before contacting us about expediting the production.

   

  • Packaging: Most of our mats are shipped in a box for maximum protection during shipment. 
  • Quality Control: All our mats are inspected prior to shipping to eliminate any defects or personalization errors.
  • Packing slip notes: You can add a note to your pack slip during checkout. Although we try our hardest to transfer the notes on all the mats that are shipped occasionally they are missed, so it cannot be guaranteed.

These text requirements are for general use; however, special fonts and very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be approached on a case-by-case basis.

White is prone to discolor and cannot be used as the background or any part of the imprint area. The product's color palette offers three light colors to use in place of White: F5, N9 and N10. The background color of the imprint area should not be set to these light colors. It is difficult to keep the logo clean through the manufacturing process.

Anti-Fatigue mats can be cleaned by scrubbing with a deck brush (when needed), using detergent with a neutral pH, and rinsing with a hose or pressure washer. Mats should be laid flat or hung to dry.
