      The important part about uploading artwork to this application is that it have a transparent background, unless you want the background image on the mat.
      Quality File Type Extension Description
      Best .SVG If you have vector artwork convert from .ai or .cdr >> .SVG.
      Better .PNG-24 or .PNG-8 This popular format offers good quality and a transparent background.
      Good .JPG or .JPEG A good quality format but does not provide a transparent background. Use this only if you want the background of the image on the mat.
      Fair .GIF GIF images offer a transparent background, but they are limited to 256 colors..

      Routine Maintenance

      • For dry soils, dry vacuum.
      • For wet soils, steam clean.
      • Only use a neutral, solvent-free cleaner.
      • Deep clean using an upright extraction method.
      • During winter months, use a nylon brush or a broom before vacuuming to loosen soils.
      • Mats are fully launderable in industrial-sized machine.
      • Allow mats to dry thoroughly before returning to service.
    • Production Times Vary:  Please refer to Description for ESTIMATED production times.
      Ship time: West: 5, Central: 3-4, East: 1-3 Days.

      All products are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise requested. At checkout you can request expedited shipping, which means the product will be expedited AFTER production - it does not expedite the production process itself. If you need your mat by a specific date we are more than happy to attempt to expedite the production time. Please place your order first before contacting us about expediting the production.

       

    • Packaging: Most of our mats are shipped in a box for maximum protection during shipment. 
    • Quality Control: All our mats are inspected prior to shipping to eliminate any defects or personalization errors.
    • Packing slip notes: You can add a note to your pack slip during checkout. Although we try our hardest to transfer the notes on all the mats that are shipped occasionally they are missed, so it cannot be guaranteed.
